Lloyd Underhill

Chief Executive Officer

Lloyd Underhill CEO) holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. Lloyd is a Business Development Executive by profession. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from South Africa. Lloyd commenced his Business Developments career with Standard Corporate & Merchant Bank (SCMB) South Africa in 2000 where he was the Client Relationship Manager responsible for managing Corporate Clients portfolios as well as development of those relationships. He left SCMB in 2003 to join Professional Assignment Group (PAG) to head up a Business Development department. Lloyd played an Instrumental role in the start up and Management of a new Ned bank Namibia Branch. Lloyd entered the Private Sector through Ja-Lo Financial Services by offering Financial and Business Management Consultancy. Lloyd entered the Procurement, Manufacture and supply environment through establishing FGK Suppliers.



Mr. Amos Shiyuka

Executive Chairman

Amos Shiyuka has had a sterling career at National Football level in Namibia having played for the national team at both junior and senior age categories the latter being the Namibian National Football team “the Brave Warriors” as well as at club level for Namibian Premier league team Civics Football Club. After a long and illustrious career in football Amos had to retire due to injury but he took the same passion into the business world and forged a business career.


His professional and academic career has also prospered over the years, working for MTC for 12 years as a Marketing and Promotions Manager and after which he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Trustco Mobile at Trustco Group Holdings both corporate entities are major corporate sponsors of sports in Namibia. He is currently an entrepreneur and business personality with interest in various companies such as Aantu Investments, MobiPay, ONTSEYO, SoftCloud and CSS Tactical Solutions Namibia. Amongst other qualifications Shiyuka completed and graduated from the Business School of Maastricht Holland with an MBA degree in 2009. In February 2010 he was appointed by the Minister of Sport, Youth and National Service as a Sports Commissioner responsible for marketing Namibian Sports. Shiyuka is the Founder and Chairperson of the Amos Shiyuka Foundation which he started in 2007 after his retirement from Football, the aim of his foundation is to assist the less privileged children within our society. In the Political Arena he is member of the mighty Swapo Party and he is registered under the Windhoek West Branch which he has been serving for many years as a loyal and supporting Cadre. He has also been involved with various Sponsorship Committees and other Social Responsibility Investment Committees and is currently a Board of Trustee at the Save The Rhino Trust and the Namport Social Investment Fund.



Mr. Johan Ndjaronguru

Mr. Johan Ndjaronguru holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology and various other short courses. Ndjaronguru is currently employed as Chief of Security of the President Elect Dr Hage Godfried Geingob in the office of the prime Minister, and has held that position since 2010. He has been serving as a Police Officer for 18 years in the capacity of the Chief of Security to the First Prime Minister of the Republic of Namibia, and current president elect Hon. Dr. Hage G. Geingob.


Mr. Immanuel Niigambo

Executive Board Member

Immanuel Niigambo worked for Ministry of Finance (Inland Revenue) for 10 years as Chief Taxation Officer, Fedsure Insurance and Mutual & Federal for 8 years as Head of Finance &Taxation. Completed his Advance diploma inTaxation through UNISA. Was part of the campaining commitee that has introduce VAT in Namibia, whereby they held workshops through out the 13 regions. He is currently an Executive Director in Nuwal Management CC.
